LOST, FORGOTTEN & REPLACEMENT RACE NUMBERS
If you lose your number before race day we will provide a replacement for collection from HQ before 10.30am on race day at a cost of £5 – please let us know at your earliest convenience via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with LOST in the subject line.
If you forget to bring your number along on race day please report in person to MD10k HQ before 10.30am; we will issue you another at a cost of £5.
Once all race packs have been sent out to 10k and Fun Run participants we will allow sufficient time for all postal deliveries to be made and then raise a Facebook post requesting contact from anyone who has failed to receive theirs. If you’re not on Facebook and have not received your number within 10 days of the race please inform us by email.
If the mistake is ours we will provide a replacement free of charge to be collected from HQ on race day before 10.30am if there is insufficient time to post it to you. If personal details have been input incorrectly at time of entry, or not updated following a change of address, replacement will cost £5.
Once our refund and transfer date is reached we will be unable to undertake any more transfers. Transfers by private arrangement between runners after that time required a DIY online transfer to be completed before 1st May and agreement for the race pack/money to be passed between original and replacement runners, changes will be reflected in the results within a few days of the event at the latest. Transfers are FREE.
Please do not run in someone elses number – not only is this dangerous in the event of an emergency but it also has a detrimental effect on category places in the race & club championships during the year but it is also contrary to UKA rules and can lead to disqualification.
